Shipping Policy
Dispatch
Orders are packed and dispatched from our facility in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia, within 1–2 business days of purchase. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.
Coverage
We currently deliver across Peninsular and East Malaysia via J&T Express, Pos Laju, and Flash Express. Estimated delivery times are 1–3 business days for Peninsular Malaysia and 3–7 business days for Sabah and Sarawak.
Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. Any applicable promotions or free-shipping thresholds will be reflected before payment.
