Preparation & Dosage
THE SOVEREIGN DAUN AFRIKA GLYCEMIC & URIC ACID TEA: 3 to 5 fresh leaves (or 5-10 g dried shredded leaves) steeped with Misai Kucing (15 g) in 400 mL boiling water for 12 min; taken warm 1-2x daily after meals. Fresh leaf chewing: 1-2 leaves in morning.
