    Cautions & Contraindications

    Mechanism & Phytochemistry

    Preparation & Dosage

    THE SOVEREIGN DAMIANA LIBIDO ELIXIR: 5 to 10 g dried leaves steeped in 300 mL freshly boiled water (covered teapot) for 12 min; taken warm with raw honey in the evening (do not boil open). Damiana herbal wine: 50 g leaves in 1 L brandy for 14 days; take 15-30 mL.
