Preparation & Dosage
THE FAMOUS DAYAK SUP TERUNG ASAM (Sup Ikan Terung Asam Sarawak): Scrape off outer golden hairs with knife; slice 1 to 2 fresh Terung Asam fruits (150 g) into chunks, simmer in fish broth with shallots, lemongrass, and ginger for 20 min. Decoct: 15-30 g dried fruit.
