Preparation & Dosage
Maternal Lactation Broth (Sayur Bening Bebuas): 50-100 g fresh leaves boiled with ginger and fish broth for nursing mothers. Fresh leaf forehead compress for migraines. Dried leaf tea: 10-20 g.
