    Cautions & Contraindications

    • Never consume hard unripe green fruits (contains astringent latex tannins). Discard hard glossy seeds (contains trace cyanogenic glycosides). High safety profile for ripe pulp in all ages.

    • Age-Related Macular Degeneration (AMD) and diabetic retinopathy (dense macular pigment restoration), peptic ulcer disease (gastric mucosal cytoprotection), and chronic atonic constipation.

    Mechanism & Phytochemistry

    1. Bioavailable lipid-dissolved zeaxanthin and lutein concentrate in retinal fovea centralis, filtering blue light and quenching oxygen radicals. 2. Prebiotic pectins and myricetin stimulate mucosal PGE2 synthesis to coat ulcer craters. 3. Fiber bulking.

    Preparation & Dosage

    THE SOVEREIGN CANISTEL SPLEEN-NOURISHING GOLDEN CUSTARD: 150 to 200 g fully ripe soft golden-orange pulp blended with warm almond milk, honey, and cinnamon for weak digestion and eyes. Leaf tea for diabetes/hypertension: 15-20 g dried leaves boiled in 500 mL water.
