    Cautions & Contraindications

    • HIGH INTERNAL TOXICITY WARNING: Ingestion of raw Karanja seed oil causes violent vomiting, explosive diarrhea, and hepatotoxicity. STRICTLY FOR EXTERNAL DERMATOLOGICAL USE. CONTRAINDICATED IN PREGNANCY.

    Clinical Applications

    • Sarcoptic scabies (Sarcoptes scabiei mite eradication), recalcitrant dermatophytic tinea infections (Trichophyton ringworm), chronic weeping eczema, and vitiligo leukoderma repigmentation.

    Karanjin (水黄皮素 / Furanoflavonoid) >= 1.00%-2.00% & Pongamol (HPLC IP standard)

    Mechanism & Phytochemistry

    1. Karanjin and furanoflavonoids disrupt mite mitochondrial respiration and dissolve chitinous exoskeletons, killing scabies mites. 2. Broad antifungal membrane lysis. 3. Stimulates epidermal melanocyte tyrosinase for vitiligo.

    Preparation & Dosage

    THE SOVEREIGN KARANJA SCABIES & TINEA OIL (Minyak Mempari Diraja / 水黄皮杀虫油): Cold-pressed Karanja seed oil applied topically to scabies lesions once daily for 5-7 days. Boil/ringworm paste: 10 mL oil mixed with 5 g sulfur powder. STRICTLY EXTERNAL.
