    Bowl Aralia (Daun Mangkokan / Yuan Ye Fu Lu Tong). Upward-curling bowl-shaped leaves. Undisputed monarch of natural hair growth (Ubat Lebat Rambut): stimulates dormant hair follicles (natural minoxidil effect), halts hair loss, dissolves puerperal mastitis.

    Cautions & Contraindications

    • Wash hair oil thoroughly from scalp after treatment to prevent pore blockage. High clinical, cosmetic, and Ulam safety profile. Safe and highly recommended during lactation.

    Clinical Applications

    • Androgenetic alopecia and alopecia areata (stimulating dermal papilla VEGF and prolonging anagen growth phase), postpartum telogen effluvium, acute lactation failure, and acute puerperal mastitis.

    Quality Markers

    Polysciasaponins (Oleanolic acid saponins PSS1-PSS8) >= 1.50% & Stigmasterol (HPLC MHM standard)

    Mechanism & Phytochemistry

    1. Polysciasaponins stimulate b-catenin signaling and VEGF in dermal papillae, reversing hair miniaturization and inducing hair elongation (mimicking 2% minoxidil). 2. Pituitary prolactin stimulation. 3. Mammary duct anti-inflammatory.

    Preparation & Dosage

    THE SOVEREIGN MANGKOKAN ROYAL HAIR RESTORATION OIL: 25 to 30 fresh leaves chopped, simmered in 250 mL Virgin Coconut Oil with Candlenuts and Mo Han Lian at 60C for 25 min; massaged into scalp 2x weekly. Mastitis poultice: 10 leaves pounded with coconut oil.
