Cautions & Contraindications

Contraindicated in hormone-dependent prostate malignancies. Caution in severe Yin deficiency with dehydration.

Late-onset male hypogonadism (andropause), asthenozoospermia, chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS), athletic recovery, osteopenia, and adrenal burnout.

Mechanism & Phytochemistry

1. Aporphine and isoquinoline alkaloids stimulate LH receptor sensitivity in Leydig cells, elevating serum free testosterone and spermatogenesis. 2. Acetogenins stimulate eNOS, elevating cGMP for pelvic arterial inflow. 3. Downregulates LDH and BUN after exertion.

Preparation & Dosage
