Preparation & Dosage
THE SOVEREIGN NANYANG CERI KAMPUNG ANTIHYPERTENSIVE TEA: 10 to 15 g dried leaves steeped covered in 500 mL boiling water for 10 min; taken twice daily for hypertension and headache. Fresh fruit consumption: 10-20 ripe berries daily for Vitamin C.
