    • CRITICAL LEGAL & ADDICTION WARNING: REGULATED UNDER MALAYSIAN POISONS ACT 1952 (SCHEDULE 3). Chronic recreational abuse causes physical dependence, tolerance, and withdrawal. CONTRAINDICATED in addiction history and with CNS depressants/alcohol.

    • Severe chronic neuropathic and musculoskeletal pain management, opioid withdrawal detoxification mitigation, chronic severe diarrhea, and mental fatigue.

    Mitragynine (帽柱木碱) >= 1.00% to 2.00% & 7-Hydroxymitragynine (HPLC MHM standard)

    Mechanism & Phytochemistry

    1. Mitragynine is a G-protein-biased partial agonist at mu-opioid receptors without recruiting b-arrestin-2 (reducing respiratory depression and constipation risk compared to morphine). 2. 7-Hydroxymitragynine possesses 13-fold higher opioid potency. 3. a2-Adrenergic stimulation.

    Preparation & Dosage

    TRADITIONAL DECOCTION PROTOCOL (REGULATED): 3 to 5 leaves steeped as hot tea for physical labor; 10-15 g dried leaves in decoction for analgesia. Standardized extract under strict medical oversight.
