    Cautions & Contraindications

    • OVERDOSE & PURGATIVE WARNING: Overdose (>10 g) causes violent purging, nausea, griping colic, and dehydration. ABSOLUTELY CONTRAINDICATED IN PREGNANCY, INFANTS, and debilitated patients with ulcer disease.

    Clinical Applications

    • Intestinal cestodiasis (Taenia saginata, Taenia solium beef/pork tapeworm expulsion), intestinal ascariasis, enterobiasis (pinworms), severe crusted scabies (Sarcoptes scabiei), and tinea capitis.

    Rottlerin (Mallotoxin) >= 10.00%-12.00%, Isoallorottlerin & Granular Glandular Resins >= 40.0%-50.0% (HPLC IP/BP standard)

    Mechanism & Phytochemistry

    1. Rottlerin (phloroglucinol derivative) acts as a mitochondrial oxidative phosphorylation uncoupler in cestodes, paralyzing tapeworm scolex and proglottid muscles and causing spontaneous detachment within 2-4 hours. 2. Purgative peristalsis. 3. Scabicidal lysis.

    Preparation & Dosage

    THE SOVEREIGN KAMALA CESTODE TAPEWORM EXPULSION PROTOCOL: 3 to 6 g pure brick-red Kamala glandular powder (Pulvis Kamala) mixed in honey, syrup, or milk, taken on empty stomach in morning (tapeworm expelled in 2-4 hours without requiring secondary laxative). Scabies Ointment (10% in oil).
