Cautions & Contraindications
- Strictly contraindicated during pregnancy prior to full-term labor onset. Caution in acute estrogen-dependent malignant neoplasms.

Mechanism & Phytochemistry
1. Alkylresorcinols and phytoestrogens act as Selective Estrogen Receptor Modulators (SERMs), binding ER-b to stimulate vaginal collagen without ER-a endometrial hyperplasia. 2. High gallic acid and caffeic acid downregulate NF-kB, suppressing chronic pelvic inflammation. 3. Enhances osteoblast Runx2 expression, preventing bone resorption.
Preparation & Dosage
Dried whole plant decocted 20-30 minutes: 5-10 g daily. Standardized extract (10:1): 250-500 mg daily.
