    Traditional Edict

    White Neutralizer (Penawar Putih). Dense ivory-white wood with winged-rachis leaves. Sovereign counter-poison for neutralizing biological food poisoning (spoiled seafood), venomous insect stings, and acute malaria-like jungle fevers.

    Cautions & Contraindications

    • Verify botanical identification (ivory white wood, winged rachis, 3-lobed pink capsules). High clinical safety in traditional emergency protocols. Contraindicated in cold watery diarrhea.

    Clinical Applications

    • Acute foodborne bacterial enterotoxemia (Staphylococcus/Salmonella enterotoxins), biological seafood poisoning, NASH, functional gastrointestinal colic, and atopic dermatitis.

    Quality Markers

    Guioasaponins (Triterpene Saponins) >= 1.00%, Taraxerol & Quercetin-3-O-rhamnoside (HPLC MHM standard)

    Mechanism & Phytochemistry

    1. Guioasaponins and taraxerol bind bacterial LPS endotoxins in the gut lumen, blocking mucosal absorption and stimulating protective PGE2. 2. Flavonoids downregulate iNOS and COX-2, quenching cytokine storms in fevers. 3. Hepatoprotection.

    Preparation & Dosage

    THE SOVEREIGN PENAWAR PUTIH ANTIDOTE EMULSION (Air Asahan Penawar Putih): Dry white heartwood rubbed on granite stone with 50 mL warm spring water until milky emulsion forms; taken warm for poisoning. Wood/bark decoction: 10-20 g.
