Preparation & Dosage
Fresh radical flower buds finely shredded in culinary broths (Laksa, Ulam): 20-40 g. Dried flower cone / rhizome tisane: 5-10 g steeped in boiling water for 10 minutes. Poultice for swelling: 30-50 g.
