    Mechanism & Phytochemistry

    1. a-Tocotrienol is 40-60x more potent than tocopherol at blocking neurotoxic 12-lipoxygenase (12-LOX) and c-Src kinase in ischemic stroke. 2. g/d-Tocotrienols post-transcriptionally degrade HMG-CoA reductase. 3. Carotenoids quench singlet oxygen.

    Preparation & Dosage

    THE SOVEREIGN VIRGIN RED PALM OIL NUTRACEUTICAL ELIXIR (Minyak Sawit Merah Dara): Cold-pressed unbleached virgin red oil taken orally: 10-15 mL (1 tablespoon) daily with meals. Topical application for burn scars and eczema: Applied liberally.
