    Javanese Court Turmeric from royal Solo palace. Clears damp-heat from Liver-Gallbladder, stimulates rich bile flow to clear jaundice, breaks blood stasis, brightens complexion, awakens digestion.

    Cautions & Contraindications

    • Potent choleretic; STRICTLY CONTRAINDICATED in complete mechanical bile duct obstruction and acute gallstone colic. Contraindicated in pregnancy.

    Clinical Applications

    • Non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH), chronic viral hepatitis B/C (ALT/AST reduction), biliary dyskinesia, hypercholesterolemia, and oral periodontitis.

    Xanthorrhizol >= 1.50% & Total Curcuminoids >= 3.00% (HPLC/LC-MS MHM standard)

    Mechanism & Phytochemistry

    1. Xanthorrhizol upregulates Bile Salt Export Pump (BSEP) and MRP2, stimulating active bile flow and clearing bilirubin while normalizing transaminases. 2. Curcuminoids activate PPAR-a, accelerating lipid oxidation. 3. Destroys P. gingivalis biofilm.

    Preparation & Dosage

    THE ROYAL SOLO IMPERIAL ELIXIR (Jamu Temu Solo): 30-50 g fresh sliced rhizome pounded with tamarind and palm sugar in warm water. Dried rhizome decoction: 6-15 g daily. Standardized extract: 250-500 mg.
