    Mango Ginger / Temu Mangga (Temu Mangga / Kunyit Putih Mangga / Mang Guo Jiang / Bai Yu Jin). Pale lemon-yellow rhizome emitting a rich green mango perfume. Queen of Gastric Protection: fresh grated juice surges gastric mucin PGE2, heals peptic ulcers, dissolves tender breast fibroadenoma lumps.

    Cautions & Contraindications

    • Authentic rhizomes smell distinctly like raw green mangoes (Mangifera indica). High clinical, gastrointestinal, and gynecological safety profile. Safe during lactation; moderate dietary doses in pregnancy.

    Clinical Applications

    • Peptic ulcer disease, GERD, and acid dyspepsia (gastric mucosal PGE2 surge and H+/K+-ATPase suppression via Labdadiene-dial >= 0.80%), mammary gland hyperplasia and breast fibroadenoma (ERalpha downregulation via Zerumin A), and H. pylori gastritis.

    Mechanism & Phytochemistry

    Preparation & Dosage
