    Cautions & Contraindications

    Mechanism & Phytochemistry

    1. Corosolic acid acts as an insulin mimetic, activating GLUT4 glucose uptake in skeletal muscle. 2. Diosgenin upregulates anti-apoptotic Bcl-2 in pancreatic beta-islets, reversing beta-cell exhaustion.

    Preparation & Dosage

    THE DAUN INSULIN FRESH LEAF CHEWING PROTOCOL: Masticate 1 to 2 fresh washed leaves thoroughly on an empty stomach every morning for 30 consecutive days; swallow juice and fibrous pulp (monitored by daily glucometer). Dried leaf tea: 5 to 10 g steeped in 300 mL boiling water.
