Cautions & Contraindications

Preparation & Dosage
FRESHLY BREWED HIGHLAND ARABICA COFFEE: 8 to 12 g freshly ground beans brewed in 150 to 200 mL hot water (92°C) via pour-over or espresso; 1 to 2 cups daily. Standardized green coffee bean extract (50% chlorogenic acids): 200 to 400 mg twice daily before meals. Total caffeine limit: <400 mg daily.
