    Mechanism & Phytochemistry

    1. Lauric acid is converted by lipase into monolaurin, which fluidizes and lyses viral lipid envelopes (HIV, Herpes, Influenza). 2. Medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs) absorb via portal vein, fueling brain ketones.

    Preparation & Dosage

    FRESH GREEN COCONUT WATER: 250 to 500 mL fresh from shell for dehydration. COLD-CENTRIFUGED VIRGIN COCONUT OIL (VCO): 15 to 30 mL (1-2 tbsp) daily with food for immune and cognitive support. Activated coconut shell charcoal (Ye Ke Tan): 25 to 50 g slurry for acute toxic poison binding.
