    Preparation & Dosage

    THE ROYAL MALAYSIAN BUNGA TELANG BLUE TEA (Teh Bunga Telang / 蝶豆花茶): 5 to 10 dried sapphire-blue flowers steeped in 300 mL hot water (85°C) for 5 min until deep cobalt-blue (turns radiant violet-magenta when lemon juice is added); sip with honey daily.
