    Mechanism & Phytochemistry

    1. Cerberin irreversibly locks myocardial Na+/K+-ATPase (IC50=0.05 uM), triggering lethal hyperkalemic AV block if ingested. 2. Topical application stimulates localized macrophage debridement of pus plugs.

    Preparation & Dosage

    CRITICAL MANDATE: STRICTLY FORBIDDEN FOR ORAL CONSUMPTION (0.0 g internal dose). BOIL-DRAWING POULTICE: 10 g fresh leaf or fibrous seed husk pounded with 1 tsp coconut oil into a paste; applied over center of blind boil for 4 to 6 hours (draws pus in 12-24h). Wash skin with soap after removal.
