    • Nutritional iron-deficiency anemia and postpartum exhaustion (surging hemoglobin and reticulocyte maturation via Bioavailable Iron >= 12.5 mg/100g and Grandisin), and chronic dry bound constipation.

    Mechanism & Phytochemistry

    1. High organic iron combined with fructose maximizes intestinal DMT1 transport, accelerating erythrocyte heme synthesis. 2. Soluble pectins and sennosides promote gentle non-cramping peristalsis.

    Preparation & Dosage

    THE ROYAL CARAO NUTRITIONAL HEMATINIC MILK: 20 to 30 g dark Carao pulp simmered in 250 mL warm fresh milk or almond milk for 10 min; drink once daily with breakfast for 3 to 4 weeks (surges red blood cells and clears anemia). Gentle laxative tea: 10 to 15 g pulp dissolved in warm water.
