    Cautions & Contraindications

    • SEED OIL IS STRICTLY CONFINED TO EXTERNAL TOPICAL USE (DO NOT SWALLOW RAW OIL; causes emetic gastric irritation). Pure Tamanu oil has exceptional dermatological safety on unbroken/broken skin.

    Clinical Applications

    • Severe thermal burns and scalds (dermal collagen remodeling without hypertrophic keloids via Calophyllolide >= 1.50%), refractory diabetic foot ulcers, chronic plaque eczema and psoriasis, and UV photoprotection.

    Quality Markers

    Calophyllolide (琼崖海棠内酯) >= 1.50%, Inophyllum B & P, Calophyllic Acid & Total 4-Phenylcoumarins >= 3.50% (HPLC standard)

    Mechanism & Phytochemistry

    1. Calophyllolide and inophyllum B stimulate human dermal fibroblast proliferation and glycosaminoglycan synthesis. 2. 4-Phenylcoumarins selectively inhibit myeloperoxidase and COX-2.

    Preparation & Dosage

    THE SOVEREIGN TAMANU SCAR-FREE DERMAL OIL PROTOCOL: 3 to 5 drops of 100% pure cold-pressed dark-green Tamanu seed oil massaged gently into cleaned burns, diabetic ulcers, or surgical scars twice daily. Bark decoction: 10 to 15 g dried bark boiled in 500 mL water. NO INTERNAL SEED OIL.
