    Cautions & Contraindications

    • STRICT EXTERNAL APPLICATION MANDATE: Ingesting raw Tamanu oil causes violent vomiting and diarrhea (NEVER INGEST RAW OIL). Perform patch test in severe tree nut allergies. Forbidden on actively bleeding open arteries.

    Clinical Applications

    • Post-surgical keloid scar remodeling, hypertrophic scars, cystic acne vulgaris (Cutibacterium acnes biofilm lysis), diabetic foot ulcers, chemical burns, and post-herpetic neuralgia.

    Quality Markers

    Calophyllic Acid, Inophyllum (C, D, E, P) >= 0.50% & 4-Phenylcoumarins >= 1.00% (HPLC MHM standard)

    Mechanism & Phytochemistry

    1. Calophyllic acid and inophyllums stimulate dermal fibroblast proliferation and Type I/III collagen synthesis, accelerating wound closure and remodeling scars. 2. Non-competitively inhibits COX-2 and 5-LOX for shingles pain. 3. Bactericidal anti-acne action (MIC 1.25-5 ug/mL).

    Preparation & Dosage

    THE SOVEREIGN COLD-PRESSED VIRGIN TAMANU OIL: Pure unrefined green oil applied directly undiluted (2-4 drops) over surgical scars, burns, acne, and eczema 2-3 times daily. YeMama Scar Balm with beeswax and coconut oil. (STRICTLY TOPICAL USE).
