    Mechanism & Phytochemistry

    1. Annonacin binds the ubiquinone site of mitochondrial respiratory Complex I, depleting ATP by >90% to trigger selective caspase apoptosis in cancer cells. 2. Aporphine alkaloids lower blood pressure.

    Preparation & Dosage

    THE SOVEREIGN DURIAN BELANDA LEAF ONCOLOGY & HYPERTENSION TEA: 7 to 10 mature dried leaves torn and simmered in 600 mL water for 20 min until reduced to 300 mL (deep amber tea); taken warm twice daily in 3-WEEK CYCLES (3 weeks on, 1 week off). Fruit pulp: 100-200 g fresh.
