    Preparation & Dosage

    MANDATORY ALKALINE COOKING DETOXIFICATION: Raw corms grated into water, mixed with alkaline calcium hydroxide / plant ash water, and boiled >= 45 min into firm elastic Konjac cake / Shirataki noodles (destroys oxalate raphides). KGM purified powder: 1.0 to 3.0 g dissolved in 250 mL water before meals.
